We specialise in fitting new fascias, soffits, and guttering from the best and most widely recognised brands.
We know how important it is to provide our customers with the very best service before, during and after we do any work. That’s why our customers are happy to recommend us and to have further work done by us.
We specialise in fitting new fascias, soffits, and guttering systems from Swish Building Products, one of the best and most widely recognised brands for quality and value for money. We also recommend that every installation has full replacement fascia boards rather than covering over the existing timber boards.
Our fitting teams are trained and qualified to industry standards so we’re confident in the quality of our work. We’re happy to survey your house and give you a quote with no obligation on your part to have the work done.
"This is just to say thank you to Principality for the excellent work done to replace and fit new soffits and fascias at our home recently. The quality of the work was excellent and the workmen who did the work were extremely helpful, courteous and considerate. We have been very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to recommend Principality. Many thanks again."
Why use PVC?
Replacing your fascias and guttering is a big decision. You'll want to use the right materials so that they last for many years to come. Timber is often used for fascias, but it doesn't last unless you spend more money on repainting it every 3 to 5 years. PVC lasts for decades and can be 100% recycled at the end of its lifetime.
We have a long standing relationship with Swish Building Products, one of the most quality conscious manufacturers of fascias and gutters in the UK. Swish holds ISO9001 Quality Management Certification, making its products under strict quality controls, and has also adopted World Class Manufacturing. We are proud to use the Summit range, by Swish. Other certifications held by Swish are: ISO9001, 14001, 50001, OHSAS18001, BES6001, BBA, BSI.
We are happy to offer a capping over service if your timbers are in a good condition. It is always better to replace, rather than cap over, however if you prefer to keep costs down we will cap over for you, subject to survey.
We always prefer to fully replace your existing fascias and soffits where possible.
Work by experienced installers
We promise not to send 'just anybody' to perform the work to your home. We pride ourselves on the service that we provide and only employ fitters that we would let work on our own homes. Which they do!
